Our favourites include the baked pasta, linguine with mushroom sauce, followed by the legendary tiramisu. Also, fillet stroganoff is gorgeous, as are the pizzas, take away, or dine in. We also enjoyed a good deal of sides, mainly the Greek salad, which is delicious - one of the best we enjoyed during our holiday. We now regard the family as friends and will return asap! Lunchtimes bruchetta and a glass of wine hits the spot. They seem to do a roaring trade on takeaway deliveries

We've been many times before and as usual it was great.... read more They serve a wide range of dishes, from the traditional dishes, to the fantastic fresh pizzas you can watch being made, to the fantastic fresh pasta, my personal favourite was the pasta Al salmone with really fresh salmon and lovely pasta, but really too many fantastic dishes to mention! All the staff are fantastic and although it can get busy at times they always ensure you have everything you want and always have a smile for you. The food is very reasonably priced and the restaurant is set overlooking the harbour which gives you a lovely view. We can't wait until the next time we visit!! Thanks!

The food was splendid; we had a Village, a Poka and a pesto, cheese and tomato pizza. All three were super tasty and highly recommended.

The staff here are busy but the nicest people you will ever meet; a special mention for Dimitris and Maria, you are the best.

We... read more decided to try a different restaurant this time and chose Porto Rino as the menu looked bright and attractive with meal choices clearly shown in four languages including English. We were shown to a table by an English lady who told us she was married to the owner and had lived in Crete for over 30 years. the restaurant is a family business and it showed. The attention to service was excellent, the quality of the food was also very very good. We had a starters which we shared between us of crumbed prawns and local Greek delicacy of Saganki, this was followed by grilled large prawns, fries and salad again perfectly cooked and delicious. Would definitely recommend, it was obvious they were popular as the restaurant next doors was struggling to get people in.

Service was very friendly throughout and made an effort with our children.

We shared a garlic pizza bread between 4 and it was nice and plenty of it.

Pesto pasta was huge, tasty and fresh.
Carbonara was simple and delicious.
Mussel and shrimp pasta was good. Plenty of huge prawns.

Local wine was fine and reasonably priced.

Kids got complimentary ice cream and sweets abs the walnut cake that came with our bill was lovely too. Very pleasant evening.

  We had lunch and it was ok, the menu has very different options from Greek cuisine to vegan hamburgers and pasta. Nice waiters and good value.
